Advancing the Study of Human Equilibrium
The American Institute of Balance is among the country's largest multi-specialty centers for the evaluation and treatment of dizziness and balance disorders. Nationally and internationally known for its expertise in testing and rehabilitation. Thousands of patients who were told 'learn to live with it' are returning to normal lives. A combination of scientific inquiry, space age technology and a team of caring health care professionals offers hope to patients who have experienced the frustrating and often debilitating effects of equilibrium disorders. The Institute's therapy programs are used by physicians, audiologists, therapists, clinics, and hospitals worldwide.
The Institute's success is based on a multi-disciplinary team working closely together to eliminate the historically long, expensive and frustrating course of care experienced by many patients in their search for an answer. All team members have extensive clinical experience and training in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients with equilibrium disorders.
The American Institute of Balance is affiliated with numerous universities and serves as a clinical training site for doctoral residents. In addition to it's main facility, there are satellite centers in Port Richey, FL, University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, & Sun City Center, FL.
